Most requests are faster to handle from your own account than by email.
Manage your plan and billing See your current plan, update your card, download invoices, and change your password. Cancel a subscription Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again unless you resubscribe. Sign in, or reset a password Sign in with your email and password, with Google, or with a one-time link sent to your email. Use the same email address you paid with. You paid but cannot get in. Sign in at the member area using the exact email address you paid with. Payment and account are matched on that address, so a different one will look like a new visitor. If it still will not let you in, email us with the address you used and the date of the charge.
GameBoy is not returning replies. Drafts take around fifteen seconds, so give it a moment before reloading. If it returns an error instead, tell us roughly when it happened and we can find it in the logs.
You were charged and did not expect it. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and we email a reminder before each renewal. If a charge looks wrong, email us with the date and amount before disputing it with your bank. Disputes take weeks and lock the account while they run; we can usually resolve it the same day.
You want your data, or you want it deleted. Email us and say which. What we hold and how long we keep it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Refund terms are set out in the Terms of Service. If your situation is not covered there, email us and explain what happened.
